Inspirational Presenter

My speaking endeavors are an outward expression of the inward discoveries made during my times of seeking and wondering, and they are as diverse as my life experiences and interests.

The topics I most often speak about in a public format are considered by many to be challenging social issues: child abuse, domestic violence, homelessness, addiction, Alzheimer's disease.

Because all of my work, including speaking, is a reflection of my life journey, my words carry a certain kind of expertise.  My presentations are always grounded in relevant statistics, scholarship, research, and theology, but it’s my personal engagement with the topics that resonates with the ears and hearts of my listeners.  They often find themselves in the words and concepts that I have been able to articulate.

My presentations have been gratefully received from coast to coast, and, much to my delight, some were able to happen due to the magical technology of Zoom and Skype.
